Thought I’d be nice and sell this guy will a solar job for a friend of mine. He cuts me out of it completely and didn’t pay me anything. I’ve reached out many times and we, as a roof company, use him to take systems down and reinstall them after we reroof. If he’s willing to screw a business partner, he’ll screw you, too.

Will Power Solar has provided amazing service. Responsive, efficient, honest and they have gone above and beyond, not only with the equipment installation, but also with educating me on the system and assisting me with everything down to the use of the app.

This was the second service call that we needed. Truly professional, worked through the rain, made sure that we were up and producing before leaving. We are very happy to have found this gem of a company.

His knowledge, friendliness and speed to action was simply extraordinary. This company is a true gem in an industry that can be hard to navigate! Look no further than these folks if you ever have a question about solar, they are truly top notch above the rest.

at first we were very happy--and then they took our last payments ($20K for the battery backup) and ran. Literally, the next week, they had closed up shop, lock on their door, no phone or website response. I suspect they have relocated and are bilking money elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from Will !He helped clarify many questions I had regarding my solar panels super friendly and easy to talk to and explain things in a way I could understand. Definitely recommend him for your INITIAL solar panel installation!

While initially I was very satisfied with this company, but at present I am not so much. I have been trying to get ahold of this company for the last few days because there is an error with my system. I have attempted to call 3 different numbers which either no one answers or it goes straight to voicemail which does not allow you to leave a message b/c the voicemail is full! So this is how we do customer service? I'm confused and would appreciate the ability to reach someone and get my issue fixed.

Worse ever my inverter went out I’ve been waiting 2 months if not more for them to change it and ever since the freeze they haven’t been working still waiting

We had panels installed in 2019. They worked well until the inverter went out. I called and spoke with Debbie; who is wonderful. she set up a claim ticket and gave me a case number. Long story short, the inverters were back ordered due to the supply chain issue. Inverter finally came in, and has been sitting in their warehouse since April 28th. All l get are empty promises telling me when they will come swap out the inverter. I have had two separate days promised, just to be rescheduled. Summer is almost here and I have not been able to generate electricity to offset my bill. Maybe I should send them my electric bill since I'm unable to generate power.

I have always had a good experience with Will Power Solar especially with Debbie who went above and beyond in helping me upgrade to 5G to continue monitoring my system.
