Zach and Nic Thompson did a wonderful job for us. They were respectful of our needs and treated our house as their own during the job and kept it as clean as possible. We are very happy.

We had our guest bathroom converted from a tub to a walk in shower. Kent and Saul’s performance, professionalism, customer service and work ethics was outstanding. The quality of materials, installation and clean up was top notched. We highly recommend Statewide Remodeling and look forward to working with them for any other upcoming projects.

The service was great. Joshua was able to accommodate to our availability and budget and was able to get us the best service for our new windows. We are excited to see the final project!

The salesman wasn't pushy while asking for the estimate which was a bit pricey but for everything being insured and insured contractors, we didn't mind.

Fast forward to the job; the contractor was phenomenal and got everything done in a very impressive time frame. Back to the Statewide side if everything; I was told they don't install vanities or lights, mirrors, etc. Which I was led to believe they did. I called the sales rep and he got his manager to cover the cost of installing the vanity. Very easy to work with (granted these are just words at this point).

We let them work while we were on vacation and no one asked what direction the shower tile was supposed to be (although they asked about the marble wall and floor tiles). They said they will tear it out and fix it, their mistake, no problem. The tiles have been delayed/missing for weeks now with the only communication coming from my frustration and reaching out.

Fast forward two months from the start of the project: We're getting pressured to sign completion papers (that include orders to fix mistake) so the loan company will release funds, No vanity. Still waiting for shower tile. Minimal communication.

I don't know if I'd use them to facilitate another deal for me; They're easy to work with when they're after the money but anything they need to fix or repair, good luck.
