SRPS offers Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements to protect a customer’s installation after the sale and completion of the project. They will do annual inspections to ensure the system performs optimally and that you receive maximum energy output. They even offer maintenance to customers who already have a system installed by other companies.
Without reviews, it was not possible to gauge their responsiveness to customer maintenance issues. We think, however, that if the company enters into an operations and maintenance agreement with you, they have to honor their obligation, so they will provide maintenance. What is also not clear, though, is whether there is an extra cost to this O & M agreement.

SRPS may not have a spectacular online presence, and it certainly has no customer reviews that we could find, but it remains a good company in our view. With its EPC solar company credentials, they have a footprint extending beyond Tennessee borders, as evidenced by its portfolio. Agreeing to tie themselves up to a contract for continued maintenance is great customer service and would be greater if it comes at no cost to the customer, a fact we could not ascertain.
Despite not being able to independently verify their service experience from previous customer reviews, we believe you will not be disappointed by SRPS.
