Santa Fe Heating & Air
Santa Fe Air has been in business for 35 years, starting in 1987. They provide heat and air conditioning service all around Kansas City, Missouri and parts of Kansas. Although the bulk of their business is in air and heating, they also provide small scale wind and solar installation, the focus of our review.
The company employs over 200 people. Yearly revenue is unavailable, but with over 600 five-star customer satisfaction ratings, an “A+” BBB rating, and long history, it’s safe to say that it is a profitable company.
Santa Fe Specifics
Wind and Solar
Alternative energy is the newest division of the company. There is not a lot of information on pricing, but they specialize in small-scale systems for homes and small businesses.
Costs & Legitimacy
Depending on the service required, costs for Sante Fe Air range from very cheap to very expensive. Customers have stated that Sante Fe offers fair pricing and doesn’t add any unnecessary costs to boost profits. All of their technicians are state certified and have years of experience, so customers are only getting high-quality service. Their experience in solar is less clear-cut however, so perhaps approach with less certainty than you may for a heating or air conditioning project.
The company is accredited with the BBB with an “A+” rating. With over 700 reviews, most of them five-star, the company has a good reputation amongst customers. They also run a Facebook page where they post industry news and community outreach content. Buddy’s Blog is also a big part of their website, where they post A/C and heating related content.
Their wind & solar division is noticeably absent from their company pages, but research shows that that branch of company does exist. Why the company chooses not to promote their services more is unknown.
The SolarEmpower View
Santa Fe Air has been in the business for a long time and that experience shows with the quality of service that they provide. Whether it’s for home or business, Santa Fe has professional teams working to give customers the best service around. Santa Fe is quiet about their wind and solar, but everything else is top tier and affordable.
