From the customer reviews surveyed, the vast majority were positive. However, two negative reviews were concerning installation and the subsequent mishandling in aftersales service. These will be explored below.
Customer Service (Review Analysis)
89% of the Green Ridge Solar surveys investigated are 5-star rated, which shows that, more often than not, this company is a highly professional one. However, one customer stated that they were “lied to, misled, and when we pointed out an issue for tax credit certificate was told it won’t matter”. Green Ridge Solar replied to the review, apologizing for the negative experience and explaining that the issues had been seen to and the problems resolved.
A negative review not responded to makes similar claims, going into detail about how Green Ridge Solar was “less than forthright” with them. After being told that the rebate had been miscalculated and that the battery chosen would cost a lot more because of supply chain issues, the customer asked four times (twice verbally, twice in writing) to cancel the order. However, no reply was forthcoming on any of the requests.
To compound matters, with the installation set to proceed, nonetheless, the company brought the wrong battery. It also appears that the installation crew left trash in the customer’s backyard, and the installation did not pass the electrical inspection. As of the time of writing this review, Green Ridge Solar had not replied to the complaint.

The company appears willing to follow up on its installations and responds to most positive or negative reviews, which is always a promising sign. BBB accreditation with an A+ rating is also a good look.
The negative reviews are a cause for mild concern, but it appears that Green Ridge Solar is intent on correcting the mistakes it makes and does not try to sweep them under the rug.
