The complaint that they received was not resolved, and it is easy to understand that both parties felt that they were in the right.
The faulty product was no fault of Century Solar Systems Inc, and yet it was unfair for the customer to pay to install a new one. It is important to note that this was just one complaint, and they have done numerous installations without any issues.
