I had a sales rep…
I had a sales rep come to my house and estimate what I needed to get in February of 2022. She was very pleasant and very informative. I bought 14 solar panels and attic insulation. March of 2022 the attic was insulated. June of 2022 my solar panels were installed. It is now February of 2023 and my solar panels are still not active. I need my electric meter to be swapped to accommodate my new solar panels. When I contacted the company several times, no one could give me an answer as to when it would be done. They only kept saying it was on backorder. After threatening them with a lawyer, I was told that they would not answer anymore of my phone calls and. That the project was estimated to take another 56 WEEKS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SALES COMPANY "DESIGN ONE GROUP"

Signed a contract in Aug…
Signed a contract in Aug 2022. NEVER RECEIVED OUR GENERATOR! We have tried multiple times to get someone to talk to us about it but they refuse to return calls. The solar is in and working but we also paid for a generator to be installed. Everytime I call I’m told managers are in a meeting or The person that handles the generator order isn’t in today. This has been going on since December. Once the solar was in. ALL CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY ENDED. That Solar Company has received full payment for the solar and generator. We are making payments for equipment that Never got delivered.

Sales guy was very friendly till sale completed. Then nothing...... until we ordered more.
Installation crews are great, cleaned up mess.
Left a list of to do that needed to be completed:
1. fill in the driveway they cut to bury the cable
2. cable not fully buried 18 inches due to driveway
Later some of the wire after the driveway is not buried 18 inches, but 1 inch now uncovered
After install of the battery pack. They needed to finish something.
After 30 days, no liberty utilities to show up to turn on the system (July - most power generation but we had none)
I called, they said to call Liberty.
Liberty stated they had not have any communication from That Solar Company since original install (8 months earlier).
Backlog added 3 weeks.
the battery took 2 days to get working
3 days after battery installed, it failed.
Called them, 7 days later they showed up. Worked for 1 days.
Since then, called enphase - router is not working so battery not working. What is this bad design? what if no internet, no system????
4 calls, 3 email - NO RESPONSE besides receptionist answering the phone.
THEY GOT THEIR MONEY and WE AREW NO MORE.. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CONSIDERING THEM FOR ANOTHER HOUSE I NEED Installation.

We bought our system, in cash, a year ago. Zennernet subcontracted the work out to this totally incompetent company. Since the install we have had issues. 1. They tried to install the system on the house when we asked it be placed on the garage. They damaged our house and our garage taking off what they started to install. 2. We had a power outage over the summer and found out they NEVER installed the battery backup we paid over $10K for. We have no backup with our system and since the issue, we have been unable to get anyone to come out and add the battery backup. We are not filing complaints at this point because the owner will not work with us to get our system up and running. He has given us the runaround.

Recently had this company installed…
Recently had this company installed a system, however the “enphase system” they installed doesn’t allow you to monitor usage without 2 additional CT’s that cost $48, you can only see production on there online app. I reached out to the company and was told it’s an additional $1500 to install. Not at all happy with this monitoring system and the price. Make sure to ask for these CT’s before buying solar. Puzzled these are not standard in every installation.
UPDATE
Owner reached out and after our talk I realized I was a bit hard in my review. I live 5 hrs from the company, which explains the high cost for installing the CT’s. He told me if I get a certified installer to install the CT’s he will take care of the warranty. So after some digging I found a installer recommended by enphase who will install for $200. None the less even if you’re not getting the package with the battery it’s worth getting those CT’s to see usage or consumption data. I gave this company 5 stars based off the fact that they did do a great job on the install and it wasn’t there fault for not including the CT’S.
