Suntuity also offers procurement, distribution, construction, and maintenance services.

However, on further analysis of reviews, processes and costs, we found some causes of concern.

Suntuity Costs And Process

Suntuity is a company that puts the main focus on its customers. They offer a choice for everyone by creating customized financing solutions. The company provides PPAs, Leases, and Unsecured financing.

Suntuity Costs

Let’s start with the good bits:

The PPAs are great for customers that want to avoid upfront costs when switching to solar energy.

They offer complete care, insurance, no maintenance requirements, a full warranty that lasts 20 years, and the customer gets to collect the savings.

Leases are excellent financing options for residential solar panels because they offer complete care and insurance, no maintenance requirements, a warranty for 20 years, fixed monthly payments, power production guarantees, and the customer gets to collect the savings.

Finally, the unsecured financing allows customers to monetize a 30% savings for the solar systems, and it offers low monthly payments, no upfront cost, ownership, and increased home value.

According to the company, the actual cost of their services varies depending on many factors such as price per watt, system size, the state, the efficiency of the equipment, etc.

Review Analysis ⭐⭐
However, customer reviews are bad. The company has only a 2.93 rating from 30 reviews; the thoughts are either five stars or 1 star, making the quality of their services questionable.

Reviewers said that the company is unprofessional and unresponsive. One customer said that the original service price they offered was increased by 50% in the middle of the process.

The number of bad customer reviews indicates that Suntuity does not offer quality products, and their service is terrible.

On paper, Suntuity is a legitimate company.

However, our experts believe that the company’s reputation is questionable, based on the numerous bad reviews from customers and employees.

Suntuity Maintenance

The company has received multiple complaints regarding its customer service and maintenance service. Customers say the company is unresponsive and does not pick up the phone or return emails. Sales representatives, consultants, and managers run late for meetings or do not show up.

On their official website, Suntuity offers a significant number of services, solar systems, and different developing, financing, and maintenance products for commercial, utility, and residential buildings.

They offer many payment options and claim low and affordable prices. The company is BBB accredited and appears to be legitimate on paper.

However, the significant number of bad reviews is alarming. Both customers and employees have said that the company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. Therefore, the integrity of the Suntuity company is questionable.

A friend recommended Suntuity Solar…
A friend recommended Suntuity Solar to my wife and I. We're still in the process of getting everything prepared for install, but so far our sales rep. Mike has been great, breaking down all the numbers and what to expect. Today we had our roof inspection done by Michael Palischak. He was professional, informative and he answered all of my questions! So far our experience with Suntuity has been very smooth and straightforward. Looking forward to install and to start saving money!

We had questions about Suntuitys…
We had questions about Suntuitys Better Business Bureau review comments, but no one returned our phone calls, which prompted us to cancel. Im glad we decided to cancel because we may not have received return phone calls if there would have been a problem with the system. Terrible customer service. And to make th situation even worse, they sent me an $1100 invoice because I cancelled after they completed some of the preliminary work. If they had answered the phone when I called them I would have told them not to complete the work they billed me for. Do not make the mistake I did with this company.

Unethical business practices. ****An agent…
Unethical business practices. ****An agent came to my elderly parents house at 5 pm and wouldn’t leave until he coerced them into signing a contract on HIS iPad on DOCUSIGN and then stored their signatures and replicated on other documents. My parents who don’t even speak English very well- ASKED HIM TO LEAVE MANY MANY TIMES. My father even had to go to bed. Their agent was there until close to midnight. IN WHAT COUNTRY AND STATE IS THIS LEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICE?
It was near impossible to try to get them out of the contract within the allotted time by New Jersey law. It took days and days and many hours to chase after the right person to be able to get the contract voided. BEWARE
