We could not determine other industry related registration and certifications, making it difficult to support its legitimacy as a solar installer. The company claims to be an experienced solar that services both commercial and industrial businesses, but there are no publicly available reviews that can shed some light into their customer service, installation process, product quality and after-sales support, this could possibly be due to the fact that they don’t service residential customers, who mainly provide reviews in reputable platforms. Solar One’s workmanship warranty of 5 years is also not as competitive as what other Texas-based solar installers are offering to their customers, which go up to 25 years. Given the limited information to corroborate the quality of their services, we cannot recommend Solar One as a trusted and preferred solar installer in Texas at the moment.
