I cancelled my installation last…
I cancelled my installation last week on Monday 4/24. Eric was kind enough 2 allow me 2 send the form by text and told me 2 cancel with everbright. Nate in sales comes off likable but he's a pushy, lying sack! I cancelled! That does not mean calling and texting me 4 an hour trying 2 change my mind then claim 2 not b pushy. It also backfired on him treating me like I can't read or like I don't know my own business! He lied about my being outside of the cancelation window. I sent him the form saying otherwise. He didn't get it. Riiiiiiiiiight! He got everything else I sent him.

They did not want to…
They did not want to drive an hour to look at my system so they had me measure and take pictures. Then after waiting several weeks, they declined to even provide a quote because they were to busy. I desperately needed the quote to submit to insurance and although they assured me several times that it would be coming quickly, they drug their feet for weeks and then did not provide a quote at all.

We were in the market…
We were in the market for solar panels so I filled out an online form and got a call from Greenstar who then put me in touch with Victor Koo who came to our house, took the time to explain everythin, break down all the steps and costs and answered probably a million questions and made it feel like we were talking to a friend! And every time I've had another question I would text him and he would respond very quickly and no matter how dumb the question seemed to me he made it seem like it was an important question every single time! I would highly recommend getting in touch with Victor if you're even THINKING about solar!

We had the pleasure of working with Christian and the only real word I can use for his professionalism and kindness is WOW!! He did an amazing job at helping us through every phone call and explaining how things work and what the next steps would be. There are not words to describe how thankful we are to him and the company for taking such good care of us. We probably wouldn’t have gotten the solar if we had to go through anyone else honestly. Christian set the bar so high that I kind of feel bad for his competition! Great job Christian and thank you so much! We truly appreciate you!
