There is overwhelming praise for Green House Solar’s customer service at the consultation, installation, and post-installation stages. In addition, the company president, Frank Curran, is heavily involved and is known to visit project sites to speak with property owners and field any questions they might have.
Reviewers describe the installation as clean and efficient, with one in particular explaining that the wiring was hidden away to ensure the house façade and roof looked as good as ever.
The two negative reviews are worth a closer look. A 3-star review claimed that the sales team never followed up, leading to the person selecting a different company for a solar panel project. Green House Solar did comment on the post, asking the person to get in touch to find out exactly what happened.
The sole 1-star review, however, was far more damning, as an installation date was missed despite confirming it multiple times. In addition, the salesperson involved allegedly did little to help solve the situation, with the reviewer describing the issue as “the most aggravating situation I’ve had to deal with in a long time”.
