If I could give 100…

If I could give 100 stars I would! Aimee and her team were so great at communicating with me and gave me such a great deal! I shopped around of course and found that not only was Aimee's company much more affordable, their level of service was above and beyond. They were quick to slot me in for installation. The installers were knowledgable and answered all the questions I had in regards to Solar. I had no issues with their installation as it passed inspection with flying colors. I have a buddy who went with a different solar company and their installation was sub par. Their inspection failed and now they're waiting for the solar company to come and fix their mistakes. He got his solar 2 months before mine and he's still waiting on them. Make sure you guys don't end up like my friend who's still waiting for his solar to be turned on! Go with Solterra Solar. Good Energy Solar did the…

Good Energy Solar did the design, permitting and installation of our solar panels and battery back up system. The system works extremely well, produces a terrific amount of clean power and our energy bills have dropped to zero. The quality of the installation is superb, the reliability is excellent (I have had the system for 6 months at the time of this review) and the monitoring application is clear, easy to use and very powerful.

This week we lost grid power for the first time since the system was installed and the battery back up turned on perfectly. We weathered the storm with ease and when the grid power came back, the system smoothly transitioned back.

I hired Good Energy to install solar for a second home and they also nailed that one too - same performance as my main home.

The best thing about Good Energy us that they really listen and designed a system that works for us. I am really in to solar and wanted to discuss the technical details. They went deep with me, but if I wasn't into the details, they would have handled everything well.

The design they created for me emphasized what I wanted - the green benefits of low carbon emission, however, if I wanted maximum ROI they were prepared to do that too.

This company uses the highest quality solar panels and parts - the warranties are awesome and I am confident I will get full value from my investment. I also got all my rebates on time and so the costs were minimized.

This is a company I trust to get the system right.

The original installer for my…

The original installer for my solar array went out of business years ago. My Enphase Envoy gateway finally died, so I purchased and installed a replacement from Enphase. However, Enphase did not allow me to finish swapping out the new Envoy for the old one without getting a certified Enphase installer involved. I contacted Neil at Good Energy Solar and told him about my situation. I gave him all the system information and the serial numbers of the devices, and he called Enphase support to get them to make the swap in their database. Neil took care of this in less than one working day, without having to come on site, and without a service charge. When something in my system inevitably needs upgrading or replacement, or if I decide to add battery storage, I will definitely be calling Good Energy Solar.

We were interested in installing…

We were interested in installing solar panels for a while but the ERCOT mess and the disaster in February solidified our decision. We got bids from multiple companies but were very impressed with how knowledgable Aimee was in our bidding process. The installation was a smooth and straight forward process.
