System was installed in 2016,…
System was installed in 2016, no problems good experience with the company. Now in Feb 2022 the meter stopped reporting online due to the shutdown of the 3G network. Geoscape had a new meter installed on June 6, 2022. However, as of today July 15 the meter is still not reporting readings online. I have repeatedly asked for assistance from Geoscape. They apparently subcontracted the process of replacing the meter and syncing the online reporting system to a group called "AlsoEnergy". Geoscape now says they have no control over how "AlsoEnergy" does their work and they have no idea when I will ever be able to receive readings online or be able to report my readings. They say they will let me know as soon as they have an update. Meanwhile I can't report readings. I fell they have just passed the buck on this and are leaving their customers hanging. Very disappointed. Has anyone else had this problem?

So now here we are into September and GeoScape Solar still has not rectified this problem.

While our fabulous system is…
While our fabulous system is only days old, I can see it’s going to pay for itself quickly! Each and every team member was great to work with. From sales to installation, to electricians and of course office support staff kept us up to date as we progressed. There were NO surprises.
An electrician friend stopped by to check out the system and was really impressed with how neat and tight the meter and systems installation was. Coming from him that was a huge compliment

Don’t hesitate. You won’t be sorry.
