Scam company. My ev cannot do a full 150 kw or 200 kw charge. Their pricing is always .39 cents per min not per kw. I can only charge at 55 initially and goes as low as 12 kw. They try to scam you. It costs 40 dollars to charge my 66 kw battery. Only charging 50kw. It would cost less for a tesla with a 95 kw battery. Even charging only 50 kw. They would only llneed to pay 15 dollars. That is reasonable. 40 dollars for 200 miles in an ev... What a joke.

At an EVSE supposedly rated at 200 kW, in an EV with a warm battery that can charge at 125kW+, it took 48 minutes to get under 30 kW. With the connection fee the cost was ~ $.65 a kWh and far too many minutes of my life. Francis charges by the minute so they are incentivised to slow the charging down. I've used many charging networks over the years with 3 EVs, and Francis is by far the worst ... had EA, Chargepoint, or any other network been available then I certainly wouldn't have used Francis. My trip of about 420 miles cost me $80.00 w/Francis, and I left @ 93% and arrived home at 2%. Maybe I just need to avoid EV travel in Oklahoma.

Most of my experience with…
Most of my experience with Francis Energy chargers has been good, but a few locations are in dire need of fixing and have been for some time: McAlester, Antlers, Enid, Calumet, etc.
Many of these either do not work at all, or fail to supply more than 40kW despite their advertising.

Visited Francis Energy’s chargers enough…
Visited Francis Energy's chargers enough times to understand when the issues aren't just a one-time fluke, but rather a systemic inability to provide a basic function. They have an entire network, and yet the most crucial infrastructure in rural areas are down for days, weeks, and even months at a time. Service just hangs up on you and isn't transparent about anything. Incredibly unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

All of your charging stations…
All of your charging stations Are trash…. They work half of the time. Your DC fast charge only goes as high as 30 khw, which takes almost an hour to charge. You guys are cheating people out of their money

I've tried 4 stations now and none of them work. I called the 800 number for assistance thinking it was user error but no one picks up. And now I'm reading other reviews and sounds like my experience is not unique.
