Additional services: Cromwell Solar, unlike other solar installation providers, is a part of a larger organization and is therefore able to offer several additional services in conjunction with its own. These services include:

Cromwell Solar offers its services throughout Kansas and Missouri and has installed more than 75% of all the solar panel systems in Kansas, which is their main service area. The company also offers its services throughout the USA, however this is mainly reserved for larger-scale projects, rather than only residential homeowners.

Cromwell Solar customers report that the company offers competitive pricing for its products and services. The company also offers several cost-saving and repayment benefits such as free consultations, a zero deposit option, and unique financing options if you’re unable to pay for the products or service upfront. In addition, the company handles all inspection and permit regulations through their in-house, professional, and certified installers and electricians, which can be an additional cost-saving factor for their customers.
However, some customers did report being burnt by the pricing when their solar panels stopped working. One customer claimed she was out of pocket by $12,000 due to costs skyrocketing on reinstallation.

Cromwell Solar Maintenance
Many customers describe Cromwell Solar as providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process. Of the sources we scoured, however, there were 13 low ratings received from their customer reviews – and four were related to customer service matters. Unfortunately, the other nine low-rating reviewers did not specify what their issues were exactly, but some made reference to the poor level of maintenance.
Most of the information we reviewed referenced new installations and according to the majority of customer reviews, Cromwell products work well and their sales teams are excellent. However, we would advise you to take care to get some solid guarantees, as some customers were left out of pocket due to poor maintenance.

Overall, Cromwell Solar seems to offer fine quality products that are competitively priced. They have successfully completed large-scale projects and are the market leader in supply and installation of solar panels in the state which underlines their legitimacy. However, while most of the customer feedback is positive, 13 of 108 reviews (12%) received 2* ratings or less. In addition, of 10 employee reviews, only two reviews received ratings of 3* or more. The company has not responded to any negative customer or employee reviews according to our research, which raises some concerns relating to the company’s customer and employee satisfaction awareness.
For these reasons, SolarEmpower would probably not heartily recommend Cromwell Solar.
