The roof that was put…
The roof that was put on our home did not pass inspection with proper installation.
Edit: We bought the home. The 3 year warranty has passed and received directly from your office. So, yes, I have the right company. Multiple installation problems that will result in leaks/water damage. I now have to hire a different company to correct these issues.
Update 2/28/23 Had the roof cleaned off and found these up there!
Update 5/16/23, clean the roof again and had items come in from the skylights that were supposed to have been sealed twice from the company. Picture attached.

The worst decision ever made…
The worst decision ever made was walking in to CBC. Shady business practices, fake positive reviews, horrible quality and just an overall lack of basic decency. Ran through 3 Project Managers (people kept quitting on Bryan Johnson), multiple delays (the work is still not done), We almost got a lien on the house because he was not paying his subcontractors, and to top it off this guy Bryan has the nerve to breach a contract and try to charge us for fixing their mistakes. Do your research and go with someone else….anybody else would deliver better.

We used CBC for our…
We used CBC for our bathroom remodels at our home. We had a couple quotes from various companies in the area and we are satisfied with the decision to go with CBC. Bryan was always quick to return calls even after we signed our contract. Bryan did a great job helping us come up with designs for the bathrooms. It came out exactly how we wanted it. The bathrooms are a dream and we will work with him in the future for a kitchen remodel.

We relocated to a brand-new,…
We relocated to a brand-new, modernized home near Dallas, but the pool was antiquated and constructed in the 1980s. It gave our contemporary home an antiquated appearance. The prices for remodeling the pool were all much over $50,000, so we decided against it. The most economical method of getting rid of that awful pool was to remove it. Bryan provided us with a price, and he was able to complete the work for us swiftly. This summer, we'll also be working with him to create an outdoor kitchen for us. We are pleased with the outcome because our contemporary home looks much better without an outdated pool!

We are extremely grateful with the work that Bryan's company did with our pool. Our swimming pool was passed the point of no return. We called several companies for a quote but Colin Bryan Construction was the only one to call me back in a timely matter.
We were on a tight timeline for this project as we were planning a party and did not want a construction site on our property. Bryan assured me he can make it work and he sure did.
Our family was grateful to have worked with him. The company had strong communication with us during the process and was always professional. Bryan or his team members were quick to get back to us with any questions that we had.
We absolutely love not having the pool and the maintenance that comes with it.

Bryan and his crew completed…
Bryan and his crew completed kitchen and bathrooms remodel on our home. The work was done in a timely matter and looks stunning.
We really appreciated how he listened to what we actually wanted and did not try to force his own vision on us. The other companies that came to give us a bid just talked the entire time and told us what we needed instead of what we wanted. We knew that they were the company to work with based off of them listening and understanding our needs.
Another perk of working with them was just how clean they were. After every work day they efficiently cleaned up after themselves. Compared to other remodels they were the cleanest.
Bryan and his guys were a great experience. They always kept me in the loop with updates and what the next steps were. They finished sooner then expected. We are still in awe of the final finished product. Recommend them to anyone that wants a professional contractor for any renovation and remodel project.

We recently moved into an…
We recently moved into an older home that had a forty year old pool that was in desperate need of pool removal. Colin Bryan Construction was the company we felt most comfortable with after receiving multiple quotes. They provided the best explanation and were able to start the quickest.
We felt Bryan was the most trustworthy and easiest to work with. His guy that actually did the labor was incredible. He made quick work of our pool and finished on time. Our yard is so much better now without a cracked old pool. We highly recommend CBC for your pool demolition needs.

We contacted Colin Bryan Construction…
We contacted Colin Bryan Construction for a remodel with our kitchen. We were immediately contacted by his staff setting up an appointment for us. Bryan let us know all of our options and also went over financing, warranties, costs and answered every question that we had. Once we agreed he put us on the schedule quickly. Bryan stayed in touch with us when the remodel started and made sure we were happy with how the project was moving along.???

The overall experience I had with CBC for my bathroom remodel was pleasant from beginning to end. Bryan explained everything beautifully and the crew that did the installation followed through and completed everything that we wanted. Very satisfied with how the final project turned out.

Collin Bryan Construction remodeled/updated both…
Collin Bryan Construction remodeled/updated both my master and the main bathrooms, which were in their original mid-60s construction state. Bryan and his team of tradesmen helped bring my vision to fruition. As with any project, once the walls were opened up, some revisions were required; based upon their expertise and experience, Collin Bryan was able to provide a few suggestions and a few “tweaks” to address these revisions. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Both bathrooms are much more functional and beautiful! Collin Bryan also did some minor improvements in my laundry area – again improving the functionality and looks! Note: Remodeling costs did not cover much of the material costs. I had already selected and/or purchased some of the building materials; I did research and purchase much of the remaining materials (tub, vanities, tiles). Horizon does have its own showroom, and could have provided these at an additional cost. However, because I already had a firm idea as to what I wanted, I handled the ordering of these myself.
