I believe I have one…
I believe I have one of the nicest looking solar arrays in all of Falmouth thanks to Clean Energy Designs. Tom has an incredible wealth of knowledge and is passionate about renewable energy, solar power, and moving towards a clean energy future. I also haven’t paid an electric bill for in 2 years.

I am a retired property…
I am a retired property manager. Throughout my career I have dealt with numerous contractors large and small. Clean energy design was one of the best concerns that I have come in contact with. They are large enough set a schedule and see it through in a timely manner. At the same time they have a hands on owner who is present 90% of the time. This eliminated any miscommunication or figure pointing.
Our project started with a good quote. Proceeded with excellent workmanship and above average attention to detail. Our solar array is powering a Hot Tub and an electric car in addition to our normal household appliances with power to spare. I could not be happier especially with rising electric costs.

In April of 2013, Clean…
In April of 2013, Clean Energy Design placed 15 solar panels on our roof in Barnstable. Tom and his team did a fabulous job, right from the start … including accompanying us before the Old King’s Highway Commission! That initial up-front investment was reduced over time by the absence of our former $1000/year electricity bills, by rebates and tax credits, and by Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) — quarterly income from selling excess electricity. By the fall of 2018, we had broken even, and thereafter we became increasingly “money ahead!” Then in February of 2021, we replaced our Forester with an all-electric Chevy Bolt … and lo and behold, we eventually started to get small ($90-$120) electric bills. Time to add ten more panels! So this year, Clean Energy Design once again delivered the goods professionally, promptly, and courteously. We could not have been more pleased with Tom and his entire team, from the office staff who handled all the permitting challenges to the hard-working gang who installed and wired in our newest set of panels. We would recommend Clean Energy Design to anyone!
