Utility Costs and Affordability of the Grid of the Future

Since the report on the Utility Costs and Affordability of the Grid of the Future is no longer live on the California Public Utilities Commission’s website, we’ve decided to “bring it back from the dead” and share with those who are interested in reading it. The report is an evaluation of electric costs, rates and equity issues pursuant to P.U. Code Section 913.1
