I'm not like most designers, who have to set sail on an exotic getaway to get inspired. Most of the time, it's on my walk to work, or sitting in the subway and seeing something random.

When developing an idea, I remind myself not to start with compromise. I envision the ideal manifestation of the idea, as if I had no limits in resources, materials, or permission.

Works of art, in my opinion, are the only objects in the material universe to possess internal order, that is why, though I don't believe that only art matters, I do believe in Art.
