David Burdett Brown is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

He is a Chartered Accountant who has wide experience across a range of financial sectors.

He was a partner with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), mainly based in continental Europe.

After returning with the firm to London, he left to join the stockbrokers National Investment Group and then Raphael Zorn Hemsley, working in European Mergers & Acquisitions.

He then moved to France for several years to run a European rail transport company.

David is fluent in French and has a good knowledge of business practices in France and other continental European countries.
